Seminar discusses the future of business in Miami Lakes

The Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce is holding an event this February that will discuss “What can our town do to ensure a thriving business environment in the future?”
The day will start off with a networking session which will probably involve the exchange of business cards. This will be followed by lunch and then the seminar. The discussion will be led by consultant James Anaston-Karas and Town of Miami Lakes employees. They are expected to give guests an idea of what is going to happen in Miami Lakes in the next ten years and what business growth is expected to be during that time. Guests will also have the chance to add their own input on what should be done and let the speakers know what their most important concerns are for the future.
This event will likely attract not only business leaders from Miami Lakes but those from nearby communities such as Hialeah who deal with companies in the town. In order to advertise an event in a wider area local printing companies are often asked to provide marketing materials like flyers. These are very inexpensive and can be distributed quickly with no added costs.
The seminar is taking place at Shula’s Grand Ballroom on February 5 starting at 11:30 AM. Tickets for Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce members are $30 in advance or $35 at the door and $40 for non-members. Contact Marta Diaz at 305-556-2212 to learn more about this event.
