Business showcase gives local companies attention

The 7th annual Spring Business Showcase is returning to Whatcom County this March. It is presented by the Bellingham Whatcom County Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The event is described as a business-to-consumer show, and it will give local companies an opportunity to make themselves better known in the community. The showcase will consist of exhibits, product demonstrations, and prize drawings. Guests can also enjoy appetizers and taste locally-produced wine and beer.

Sponsorships are available for businesses or individuals from $1,000 to $5,000, and sponsors will be recognized at the venue and in advertising on printed materials such as signs, posters, and rack cards.

Booths can be rented for $475 for chamber members or $650 for non-members, and premium booths for members are also available for $575 each. Food and beverage suppliers can rent space for $100 or $200.

This event will likely attract quite a few local businesses. In addition to showcasing themselves to the public, this will also be a great networking event among businesses. Many of those planning to attend the Bellingham Whatcom Chamber showcase are likely planning to place a new business card printing order to make sure they have enough cards to exchange.

The Spring Business Showcase is free to attend and will be held at the Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa on March 27 from 4:00 pm – 9:00 PM. For more information, call 360-734-1330.
