Two spooky weekends ahead in Oklahoma City
October 19, 2013 by Mark
Today sees the start of the ‘Haunt the River’ event, designed to give people an opportunity to get out and celebrate the Halloween season with Riversport Adventures. This event has all types of unique and interesting events and activities, plus a selection of great food.
During this event, for which printing services have no doubt played a part in promotion, people are encouraged to have some fun while trying out the ‘punkin’ chunking’ from the Zombie Zip-line, enjoy the festivities in the Boo Zone, check out the Ghost Bounce, and see what is happening at the Bat Launch.
Elsewhere, the Spider Climb will present a challenge for guests before they dive into the fog at the Rumble Drop and race down a 72-foot sky slide. After this fun activity, they can enjoy some offerings of Oklahoma City’s finest food trucks.
There will be special movie showings, and people will enjoy the Sandridge Youth League Night Racing. Special hours have been created during this Halloween Haunt the River event and are posted online. The event runs for two weekends only.
Tickets for the function cost $35 per adult and $25 per youth. It will all be happening this weekend and next, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, at Oklahoma’s Riversport Adventures located at 1503 Exchange Avenue in Oklahoma City. To learn more about this event, or to purchase tickets, please check out Riversport Adventure’s website or call their box office at 405-552-4040.
