On Saturday, March 3rd, 2012, the Oklahoma Bluegrass Club Music Festival, in Oklahoma City, is bringing in two extremely talented groups to perform. This event will take place at Kerr Junior High located at 2300 South Linda Lane in Del City, Oklahoma, which is within five miles of Oklahoma City.

The performance begins in the evening and features professional and non-professional musicians. Multiple bands will perform for spectators each performing 45 minute shows. At this show, you will see and hear fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bass, and banjo. This is a grand display of local talent and promises to be a good evening for all. If you have not already purchased your tickets, you might want to do it soon, as this event sells out quickly. After all, who doesn’t enjoy tapping their toes and clapping their hands? This is a great event for the whole family.

The Oklahoma Bluegrass Club is the local source when it comes to festivals and concerts, arranging many each year. This club recently unveiled its new website that features upcoming events, photos, and links to various performers from the past and present.

As with most musical events, the posters and tickets have come back from the printing companies and are now available. Tickets for this event are $6 general admission, $5 for OBC members, $1.50 for children from 14 to 16 years of age, and children under 14 years old are admitted free.
