On June 13, Carr Workplaces announced that, in October of this year, it will be opening a new center of executive offices and solutions for workplaces at 1001 G Street NW in the heart of Metro Center in Washington, D.C. The company is no doubt using flyer printing and poster printing to inform the business community of this new center so as to be able to fill the space as soon as possible.
The new business center is on the eighth floor of the 12-story building and will be almost 29,000 square feet in size and be fully equipped and furnished. It is located adjacent to Metro Center, the busiest transportation hub in Washington, D.C., and will be connected to it directly by an internal escalator. It is the 16th location of Carr Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area and their 32nd location on a national basis. They also own and operate business centers in Los Angeles, Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago.
According to Joe Wallace, chief executive officer of Carr Workplaces, the Metro Center location is well-aligned with the company’s vision of providing the high-end services that independent professionals require, combined with sought-after buildings in prestigious locations. The building itself has a 12-story atrium, surrounded by balconies and a garden court at the ground level that features numerous fountains. The offices that will be provided by Carr Workplaces will be fully furnished with all the technology and equipment needed in an office environment and will have flexible leasing terms for small businesses and professionals.
