The Courtyard Marriott in Washington, D.C. at Dupont Circle has recently opened a new restaurant, “The Bistro”, which has an innovative approach to its menu and is bringing a new meaning to dining in a hotel. The Courtyard Marriott is using printing services to print out new flyers and update its brochures to inform the public about its new restaurant and attract visitors, even those who are staying at the hotel.
The goal of The Bistro is to fulfill a wide range of customer needs that ranges from the busy morning commuter who is looking for a quick bite and a cup of coffee to the hotel tourist who is looking for a full breakfast of bacon and eggs, a breakfast sandwich, fresh fruits and cereals or the restaurant’s special “full Morning Scramble.” Also featured on the menu of the day are a variety of sandwiches and salads that are made fresh, oven baked flatbreads, pizza and the specialties of the house that include the Broccoli and Three Cheese Soup and the Bistro Burger.
In addition to offering breakfast, The Bistro has a wide selection of appetizers and snacks, and drinks that include beer, cocktails and wine for relaxing at the end of the work-day. The atmosphere is more like a lounge environment that encourages patrons to socialize or simply catch up on the daily news and emails with complimentary Internet access. Drinks from Starbucks Coffee can also be purchased from The Bistro throughout the day. Outside The Bistro in the lobby is the GoBoard technology that provides visitors and guests with the information on the latest news, weather and local attractions.
