The boot camp will be led by David Lucier and will cover such topics and how and where to get business financing, the basics of business planning, strategic marketing, “capital vs loans,” how to read financial statements in six easy steps and find out what type of business you want to run. Each attendee will receive a three-ring binder contain all that they learned at the boot camp. Local printing companies in the area, including Providence, no doubt helped to provide that literature.
Many people have dreams of starting their own business but really don’t know where to start. The first thing they do have to think about is where they are going to get the financing to start their business; most people do not have enough money to start their own business without some help. Learning all that you have to do to start a business can be an expensive proposition. Thankfully, there are always seminars such as this is you look hard enough for them.
The next thing prospective business owners need to think about is writing a business plan. Actually, you cannot get financing without having a concrete business plan. It is imperative that the plan you have for your small business covers every detail of the organization and where you intend to take it; this seminar should make it easier to formulate your own plan.
