Local chamber celebrates Mardi Gras

The Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce is holding a Mardi Gras Extravaganza this March.

Several communities around the world will be celebrating Mardi Gras early in the coming weeks, in advance of the season of Lent; the largest such celebration in the United States is the one in New Orleans. The celebration in Horsham will include a cash bar and Cajun food. Zydeco music will be provided by the Untouchables and there will be raffles for gift baskets.

This unique networking event is set to be a good chance for Chamber members and non-members to make connections with their business peers, members of the public, and local government officials. There should be plenty of opportunities to exchange business cards or to briefly discuss one another’s business.

In order to attract businesses and individuals from all over Bucks and Montgomery County, including Warminster, organizers may invest in services such as sign and flyer printing from local printing companies. These items are both inexpensive and can be displayed throughout both counties; flyers can also be mailed out to residents for a low price.

The Mardi Gras Extravaganza is taking place at the Manor House at Commonwealth in Horsham on March 4 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. Tickets are $35 in advance. To find out more about this networking celebration, call 215-360-2968.
