Fashion show strolls in for a good cause

The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce will be holding its annual Fashion Show Plus at the VE German Club soon, with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County.

In addition to a fashion show, with clothes modeled by Big and Little Sisters, brunch will be served, several baskets will be raffled off, and vendors will be showcasing and selling their products and services. Vendors interested in getting involved are advised to act fast, as a limited number of tables are available.

The fashion show will also be an excellent networking and marketing event for Warminster business owners and professionals. Those who plan to attend will no doubt be arranging for business card printing in advance from local printing companies, as they are commonly used at events such as this. Needless to say, cards which are handed out at such networking events must have up-to-date contact information and should be in excellent condition.

Big Sisters Big Brothers is an organization that pairs boys or girls up with a mentor of the same gender. The organization provides positive role models for the children to look up to and to emulate in their own lives.
This year’s event is scheduled to take place on October 7. Tickets are $35 for adults or $25 for children under 14, with tickets set to go on sale soon. More information about the event can be obtained by calling 215-672-6633.
