Pittsburgh Steelers to help raise funds for CF

The 65 Roses Sports Auction is taking place in Pittsburgh this December. The event will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

The auction will be hosted by Brett Keisel of the Pittsburgh Steelers (also known as Da Beard) and many of the other players are expected to also participate. Every person through the door will receive a free keepsake football, and several players will also be on hand to sign autographs and to talk with the fans. In addition, there will be both live and silent auctions taking place during the evening, and guests will be treated to a buffet dinner.

Those who purchase VIP tickets will have the opportunity to attend a special cocktail reception with Brett Keisel and have their photograph taken with him, while also receiving a preferred location in the lineup for autographs and reserved seating for the dinner buffet.

Several sponsorship levels are available for local business from $1,500 up to $10,000; businesses can also purchase advertisements for the program from $500 to $700. Donations for the auctions are still being sought by the organizers.

Steelers’ fans from all over the region, including nearby Plum, will no doubt want to attend this exciting event. Printing companies in the area might help in advertising by providing flyers to be distributed locally.

The 65 Roses Sports Auction is being held at McFadden’s on December 5. Regular tickets are $200 and VIP tickets are $400. For more information, contact Sarah Steele at 412-321-4422.
