The 5th annual Brewer’s Ball is taking place at I.B.E.W #5 on April 20 from 7-10:30 pm. General admission is $65 in advance and $75 at the door; a special VIP reception will be held from 6-7 pm, tickets are $95 which includes admission to both events. The event is 21+ and cocktail dress is requested.
All proceeds from the Brewer’s Ball will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Over 400 guests are expected to attend this popular annual event. There will be tasting of various local beers, live auctions, musical entertainment and food tasting stations.
Local businesses will be donating items for the auction. Those companies who are donating items can help to raise extra money for the event by letting their current customers in the Pittsburgh area know it and how they can help. Arranging for a flyer printing order will be an inexpensive way to let their customers know about the Brewer’s Ball; those flyers can be delivered by hand or through the mail.
30,000 American’s currently suffer from Cystic Fibrosis. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is
“the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis.. funding more CF research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of Foundation support”
Thanks to their tireless work and dedication, those with Cystic Fibrosis live longer than ever before. However, there is still a long way to go and there is no cure for the disease. Events such as the Brewer’s Ball definitely help.
