Pittsburgh teaches the right way to go about home improvement

These days, many people want to save money on remodeling their homes by doing it themselves. Since it is important to do it the right way, it is just as well that there are events like the upcoming Pittsburgh Remodeling Expo that can help train people correctly and provide a place to find expert help when it is needed.

Aimed at those who are dedicated to doing it themselves, the expo should provide much of the information they need to do it properly. It features exhibits from local companies who can provide products and services for people to either do their remodeling themselves or to hire those who can do it for them when they feel it is beyond their capabilities or time restraints. There will also be various seminars taking place and demonstrations of how to do certain tasks.

Vendors will be offering money-saving show specials and homeowners can get free ‘designer match maker’ consultations on their interior design. Free financial consultations will also be available at the show.

No doubt organizers will be working with Pittsburgh printing companies to help market the show to the community. Flyers could be sent out to everyone in the community in the build-up. The vendors are another group who may be in discussions with print companies, with digital business cards a likely order.

The Pittsburgh Remodeling Expo will be at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center from January 4 – 6. Admission is $5 for adults and free for people aged 18 or younger.
