Phipps Conservatory welcomes the public

The Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden offers a touch of the tropics in the city of Pittsburgh. A couple of events there will allow city residents to enjoy the natural beauty that they may be missing in their lives.

Firstly, the Party in the Tropics is a monthly event that is free to attend with garden admission. It allows visitors to tour the garden, enjoy cocktails and appetizers, and groove along to a live DJ. It offers an introduction to the gallery in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

As well as this, the Summer Flower Show is continuing at the Botanical Garden. This year, it is celebrating glass artists and features many flowers made of glass that are available for purchase. Those who love flowers will no doubt want to invest in some of these works of art for their homes.

These shows are probably being widely publicized in the Pittsburgh area by the Botanical Garden. This is likely achieved through the help of products from local printing companies such as brochures, booklets, and flyers. These items can easily and inexpensively be distributed throughout the city.

The next Party in the Tropics will take place at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden on August 2, and is an aged 21 and over event. The Summer Flower Show is taking place until October. Gallery admission is $15 for adults, $14 for seniors and students, and $11 for those aged 2-18. For more information, contact the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden.
