Networking event will attract local business leaders

The Summer Bash networking extravaganza will be taking place next month at McCandless Crossing, and is a presentation of the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber.

The evening will start off with an after-hours networking reception at Bonefish Grill from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Guests will be treated to heavy hors oeuvres and have access to a cash bar. Those attending will receive a free shopping passport to be used later. Passports can also be picked up at the Town Green.

The Summer Bash shopping extravaganza will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Several Chamber member businesses will be on hand to sell a variety of merchandise and to make connections with their fellow business leaders. Guests use their passport to sign in at each booth where they will receive special deals. At the end of the evening, those who complete their passports will be entered into a raffle.

Entertainment throughout the evening will be supplied by musician Tim Bittle, magician David Lawrence and the balloon art of ABC Balloon Twisting.

It is likely that business leaders from the Pittsburgh area who decide to attend this event will invest in premium business cards to exchange with their peers.

The Summer Bash will be held at McCandless Crossing on July 13 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Admission is $10 for Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber members, and $20 for non-members. Call 724-934-9700 for the latest information.
