Halloween ghosts in early at the Bone Bash

October 4, 2012 by

With proceeds going to support the Arthritis Foundation, the 2012 Bone Bash comes to the Clear Story Studio over a week early this year, with a VIP reception kicking things off at 5:30 pm, featuring champagne, appetizers, and autograph and photograph opportunities with L.C. Greenwood.

The Bone Bash itself will take place from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm and will feature an open bar, dinner, a costume contest, and a silent auction, with Anthony Griggs as the emcee. Organizers are appealing to local businesses or individuals to donate items for the auction. The Devilish Dance Party will take place from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm and the ticket price includes two drinks, a cash bar, and a costume contest.

Sponsorships are available from $2,500 to $10,000 and sponsors will no doubt receive recognition in the program book or at the event itself. Pittsburgh printing companies are likely to be helping the organizers of the event prepare by offering services like banner printing and flyer printing services. Flyers are one of the most effective formats in getting word out to the public about upcoming events. They can also be distributed at a very low cost and in a number of ways.
The 2012 Bone Bash will take place on October 19. Tickets are $250, or $35 for those only planning to attend the Devilish Dance Party, with the cost going down to $25 if booked in advance. Costumes are optional but are certainly encouraged.
