Fundraising event to welcome human and canine guests

The 5th annual Bark and Wine event is taking place this February in Colmar, and is a fundraising event presented by the Perkasie Dog Owners Group, Inc.

Guests are encouraged to bring along their well-behaved dogs, provided they are kept on a leash at all times. The event is set to feature dinner, wine tasting, musical entertainment, and a basket auction. There will also be agility demonstrations, a raffle, and vendors; raffle tickets are $20 each or three for $50 and the grand prize is a week’s holiday at a vacation home in Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Vendors will be selling a wide variety of products and services. Those already confirmed include a winery, a pet resort, a company that sells dog accessories, and direct sales groups such as Pampered Chef and Scentsy. There is bound to be something to appeal to every taste.

The vendors can rent an 8 x 8 foot space for $50, which includes two admission tickets. It is important that the public notice those tables and booths and one way to do that is to invest in banner printing services. Vendors also coming from areas such as Morrisville may want to advertise the event in their own community in order to get more people to attend and for them to make more sales.

Bark and Wine is taking place at the K9 Jym on February 8. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Call 267-587-7364 for more information.
