Manage your time better in 2012

The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry is presenting a 2-part seminar series entitled “How to Manage your Time in 2012” on February 3 and February 22 from 8-10 am. Tickets for both parts are $65 for Chamber members and $100 for non-members.
Those who attend will be presented with the tools to manage their time more effectively. These tools include delegation and communications skills, learning how to make the work flow more smoothly, how to overcome challenges and how to make your workforce more effective. The seminars will also help you to develop a healthy work-life balance.
Sometimes there doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day to get everything you need done. That is true in both life and in business.
