Exhibitor registrations now open for 2013 Business Expo
March 20, 2013 by Mark
The PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo will take place in Lansdale in early April, and local businesses are being encouraged to register to take part in this annual event.
This year, in addition to local companies showcasing or exhibiting their products, the expo will also be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the chamber. Guests can enjoy samples of some tasty food courtesy of ‘A Taste of North Penn’.
Local companies can rent tables for $495 until tomorrow, March 21, or $549 if done at a late date. A gold sponsorship is also available for $1,500. No doubt all of those planning to exhibit their wares in Lansdale will be working with local printing companies to get ready. This could include investing in banners or signs to make their tables more attractive to passersby, or contacting stationery printers for pens, fridge magnets, or useful notepads.
The expo is also an excellent networking opportunity for local businesses. There will likely be plenty of time to exchange business cards and to talk about business. Those planning to attend might also be practicing their ‘elevator speech’ – a short commercial describing their business and how it can help other businesses – and might want to have digital business cards at the ready.
The 2013 Business Expo is free to attend and will take place at Christopher Dock High School on April 4 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. For more information, contact the PennSuburban Chamber of Commerce at 215-362-9200.
