Christmas comes early to super-organized Hermitage folk

A pair of craft shows in Hermitage this October will help to encourage those who attend to think about gift giving early and want to be suitably organized by the time Christmas comes along.

The first show coming up is the 2nd annual Harvest Bounty, which will take place over three days and is a gift and craft expo hosted by Miller Promotions. Vendors will be selling a variety of handcrafted and original items, which is sure to include jewelry, ceramics, clothing, home accessories, and Christmas decorations.
It will take place at Shenango Valley Mall from October 25 – 27. Admission is free. For more information, call Miller Promotions at 412-415-3584.

Sandwiched between the start and end of this, the Old Hickory Craft Show is taking place in Hermitage as well. Proceeds from this event go to support the Hickory Band Boosters. It will feature over 100 vendors, homemade lunches for purchase and a Chinese auction. As with the other show, items will be handmade and unique items such as gifts, paintings, pottery, and clothing.

For those who are tempted to see what the show has in stone, it is being held at Hickory High School on October 26 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Tickets are $2. Contact Dawn Kurelko at 724-699-2214 for more information.

Many of the vendors taking part in both shows are likely to be working with Hermitage printing companies to prepare. This might include investing in banners to highlight various booths or areas.
