Eagleville chocolate lovers to attend workshop

January 21, 2017 by

While chocolate may be many people’s favorite sweet treat, there is more to it than meets the eye, and during an upcoming Eagleville area workshop participants will have chance to learn all about this popular ingredient.

Sweet Ashley’s will be hosting an evening that will be dedicated to chocolate and its many varieties. Attendees will be able to learn about white, milk and dark chocolate and how to taste the distinct nuances that can be found with each type and brand.

Guests will be taught about the chocolate making process, and as the session will be using hands on instructions techniques, they will have an opportunity to try their hand and crafting their own treats. As a special thank you, each will also be taking home a sampling box and other sweet thank you gifts from Sweet Ashley’s shop. A company that provides printing services will be able to provide branded materials that promote a workshop like this throughout the local area.

The event is open to members of the public who want to find out more about chocolate, and all are welcome. The ticket price has been set at $15.00, and this can be paid at the door. It will take place in the Phoenixville Public Library, and anyone who is planning on participating is asked to reserve their spot ahead of time by calling 610-933-3013, Ext. 132. Additional details can be found on the library’s website.
