Merry Maids of Bethlehem owner, Audrey Rehnert, wanted to give back to her community. Partnering with the non-profit, Cleaning For A Reason, has enabled her to do just that. Rehnerts franchise is providing free cleaning services to women undergoing cancer treatment.

The partnership enables Rehnert and her team to help support those in need. Working with the non-profit has made for a gratifying experience for Rehnert’s entire staff. In recent media communications the franchise emphasized to those in need that the service and support exists and encourages cancer patients to work with the non-profit to obtain information on the cleaning services.

Businesses like Merry Maids can also benefit from the use of a local print company to obtain direct mailing services to notify potential customers of the services they provide as well as the support they lend the community, such as this partnering with a non-profit.

Cleaning For A Reason was founded by Debbie Sardone who once owned a cleaning service and received a call from someone stating they couldn’t continue the cleaning service due to the expenses they incurred from chemotherapy treatments. Sardone shared her story in 2005 at a cleaning industry convention and instantly obtained support from business owners who wanted to help out.

As an award-winning business owner, Rehnert wants the opportunity to give back to the community that has been so kind to her growing business. Those wishing to obtain more information may contact the non-profit directly.
