Baldwin festival falls in November

September 1, 2012 by

Presented by Showtiques Crafts, Inc, the Baldwin Fall Festival will take place this November, held at the Baldwin Railroad Station, located at Sunrise Highway and Grand Avenue.

Showtiques Crafts is known as the largest promoter of fairs and festivals in the Long Island area, with their events drawing thousands of attendees and vendors. Showtiques began in 1969 by featuring antiques and collectibles and soon grew to feature arts and crafts. It is now handling over 40 shows annually.

Taking place in a busy area of very high traffic, attendance is expected to be substantial. Sponsored by the Lions Club of Baldwin, the event organizers are currently accepting vendor applications. Vendors are allowed to display and sell arts and crafts, general merchandise, collectibles, and antiques. Food items are also allowed. Visit the website for complete information, terms and conditions, and the downloadable vendor application.

Events of this nature often utilize the services of local printing companies for promotional and merchandising materials such as brochure, catalog, poster, and banner printing. Banners are regularly used at arts and crafts fairs to flag and highlight specific locations and vendor displays, while posters are a great method to affordably merchandise the activities, as they can be placed strategically in high traffic areas. Often, vendors order business cards to have available for distribution at their individual booths for the purpose of generating future business orders.

The festival has been scheduled for November 3 – 4 and will be open from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. For more information about the Baldwin Fall Festival, contact Showtique Crafts at 631-724-5966.
