Schenectady entrepreneurs can choose between events this March

The Schenectady Chamber of Commerce is doing a great job of exposing its members to both networking opportunities and information-filled presentations that can help business owners take things to the next level.
Taking place on March 1st at the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tech Valley Global Business Network is going to be giving a presentation called “Internationalize Your Web Site”. As most entrepreneurs are already aware, having a web presence can do a lot to help a company attract clients and earn the trust of people around the world.
Represented in this global audience are a wide range of languages and cultures. In this workshop, Tech Valley will be explaining how companies can make their sites appeal to internationally-based individuals.
Priced at $20 per person, it goes without saying that the cost will be within reason. Future attendees will have to register quickly.
On the 7th, Business After Hours is hosting an event worth bringing business card printing to.
Taken from the website:
“Welcome in spring with fabulous hors d’oeuvre and drink specials while networking with your fellow Chamber Members.
There will be a miniature golf course set up on the patio and the two lowest scoring teams will win a round for two at the club! In addition, we will be raffling off a gift certificate for two to the Mohawk Golf Club restaurant, $75 value. This guarantees to be a tremendous way to “march” into spring!
Pre-registered members are $5 and non-members are $20. Walk-ins will be charged an additional $20.” (sic.)
Either way, Schenectady professionals have options.
