New York City Group holding public speaking skills workshop

The New York City Business Speaking Forum is going to be back at it again with excellent advice, though-provoking discussion, and more hands-on training.
As per the website:
“We are a new forum created from successful techniques of hundreds of successful people, focused specifically for entrepreneurs & managerial professionals that are looking for a practical platform for enhancing their “business & leadership presence” and “ public speaking” abilities.
This is not a typical ‘toastmaster club’. We do focus the basics of public speaking but then go well beyond that to address the unique ‘business & leadership’ challenges facing individuals in this new global economy.”
On the 20th of December the JujoMukti Tea Lounge was the site of an interesting and dynamic workshop on the fundamentals of business speaking. The topics covered in this workshop mostly related to public speaking in the context of business but will also touch on the more practical aspects of leadership as well.
Founded primarily with the intention of helping professionals master such important skills as public speaking and management, this group was an excellent opportunity to network while learning new material. In fact, arriving with an adequate supply of business card printing made this event even more productive than it already had been.
With the official starting time listed as 7:00 p.m. and with fees likely limited to about $10 per person for this event, Port Washington business owners couldn’t go wrong by coming out and giving this event a try.
