East Meadow Chamber has productive April ahead
March 29, 2012 by Mark
For Plainview business owners in search of an opportunity of getting to know other like-minded individuals, the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce is hosting a general meeting April 4th.
Starting in the evening at 6:30 pm, professionals are being invited to come together and get up to date on all that’s going on within the chamber. Noted primarily for its friendly atmosphere and the platform it provides for entrepreneurs to discuss the ins and outs of various local issues and chamber developments.
All of this combines to make this a great place to make friends while learning about what’s going on within the community. For those who are interested in giving this one a try, organizers have stated that there’s no pre-registration for this one. Consequently, it’s never been easier for a curious professional to put in an appearance to the general meeting.
Following the general meeting, the chamber is also planning to have a Board Meeting later in the month on April 26th. Taking place fairly early in the morning at 8:00 am and expected to last for just about an hour, the Board of Directors is going to be gathering at the Empress Diner. Once again, they’ll be gathering around and discussing the subjects that matter to the chamber moving forward. With so much planned for the month of May, this is a scheduling move that can’t hurt.
Whichever event an entrepreneur’s thinking about attending, it’ll be worthwhile to stock up on affordable business card printing where possible.
