Pirates ahoy in Patchogue this month

Forming part of the Halloween fun in Patchogue this season is a bone-chilling pirate-themed tour, which aims to cater towards the whole family, but might offer one or two thrills and spills along the way.

At the ‘Haunted Pirate Voyage’, which kicked off last weekend, people have the opportunity to meet a ghostly pirate crew and experience many unexpected sensory scares. An exciting family adventure, it is just the sort of event for which local print companies are often kept busy in offering flyer and poster printing services.

The bloodcurdling tour starts on a Haunted Pirate Ferry, which departs from Key Tikki and sails along the eerily dark Patchogue River. On the trip, guests will enjoy haunting sights and sounds, plus there will be a chilling tale about the great evils spellbound within a spine-shaking love story.

Tickets for this haunting experience are available at Brown Paper Tickets. As an added bonus, this is a fundraising tour with the proceeds going toward the work done by the Hope House Ministries, which helps out crisis-stricken families and young people.

Admission for this swashbuckling event ranges in price from $10 to $18. The Haunted Pirate Voyage runs right up until Sunday, November 3 at various times leaving the dock located at 31 Baker Place in Patchogue, New York.

For additional details of times and admission prices, or to purchase tickets, please visit the Haunted Pirate Voyage website or call the box office at 631-475-1723 during regular hours.
