Band Shell to be a perfect fit for Cinderella

A Cinderella debut at the Band Shell will consist of an outdoor production of the classic story of Cinderella and will feature a two act ballet by Lumiere Ballet. This beloved story is great for the whole family to watch and listen to. Poster printing, banner printing, and flyer printing might have been used to promote this wonderful ballet to people in this community and the surrounding regions.

Lumiere Ballet’s dancers and singers will be bringing the story of Cinderella to life outdoors at the band shell and will feature the Summer Intensive students of Lumier Ballet, as well as professional dancers and 20 singers in this lively and entertaining production.

Music for this performance is by Rossini from the Operatic ‘Le Cenerentolla’. Choreography for this ballet is by Venti Petrov and Svetlana Caton. The sponsor is the Suffolk County, as well as the Town of Babylon, with assistance from the Town of Babylon’s Department of Cultural Affairs. This represents the finale of the Summer Intensive Studies program for 2013. Guests are reminded to dress for the weather and bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

This is a free performance and everyone is welcome. Cinderella will be performed on Friday, August 23 and Sunday, August 25 at 7:30 pm at the Tanner Park Band Shell located on Baylawn Avenue in Copiague, New York, just down the road from Patchogue.
