February 20, 2012 by

In partnership with the Bedford Village Business Association, the Katonah Chamber of Commerce, Bedford Hills, and Bedford 2020, the Mt. Kisco Chamber of Commerce will be helping put on a Bedford 2020 event on March 7th, 2012.

Starting at 6:00 pm and expected to continue until 8:00 pm, this meeting is going to center around how businesses can save money by applying the concept of “going green”. According to the site, the advice being given at the event will be practical and easy to implement. Taken from the flyer printing members of the business community are being encouraged to come find out:

• “20 ways to Put More Green in Your Business – clear, actionable steps for your business to save energy, improve waste/recycling and cut costs right away.

• Hear case studies from other businesses who have already cut costs…Meet qualified vendors….Take Advantage of one-stop-shopping for incentives, rebate programs and low cost funding.

• Enjoy networking, appetizers and cocktails (cash bar)

• All attendees receive a $20 coupon for Grand Prix/NY Racing & Bowling!”

Judging by this information-filled plan, those intending to be present may want to consult the advice of a print company as far as business card printing goes. With taking place at the Grand Prix New York in Mt. Kisco, it’s immediately clear that this event is being aimed at professionals since there’s plenty of time for individuals to get ready after work.

Between the networking, food, fellowship, and bargain hunting, this Bedford 2020 meet-up looks like it’ll be a fun one.
