Zwanger-Pesiri construction scheduled for spring
March 10, 2013 by James
The building permit for the new Zwanger Pesiri Radiology location in levittown will be sent to a print company and ready within a month, at which point construction will proceed.
Gary Hudes, the Hempstead Town Councilman, made the announcement at the February meeting of home and business owners. By then, the warmer weather will be favorable for breaking ground.
The construction site, located just nine miles from Melville, is where the erstwhile Israel Community Center once stood.
The vacant lot then became the temporary home of the Levittown Ford Dealership. The Israel Community Center off Hempstead Turnpike was razed in 2011.
