The 7th Annual All Kids Fair planned for April

February 20, 2017 by

Melville families should mark their calendar for the seventh annual All Kids Fair taking place this April.

For the seventh consecutive year, Melville children will able to participate in the Annual All Kids Fair. The event will continue its tradition of offering fun and educational activities for kids, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The organizers have included favorite activities from years past and are introducing many new surprises for the crowds.

The increase in new events is possible thanks to a larger venue, with this year’s fair taking place at the Huntington Hilton. A $5 per person admission fee covers many of the activities including chocolate samples, face painting, and a petting zoo and bounce house. Food demonstrations, over 80 vendors and much more will be offered to keep everyone busy. There are even celebrity appearances from kid chefs Sophie Bravo and Ally Kustera. Chloe Wheeler, 14, a contestant on The Spanish version of The Voice Kids will perform.

The event is open to everyone and offers activities for children of all ages. The location is wheelchair accessible and programs for special needs and gifted children are also available. Parents will discover a range of products and ideas from the many vendors and classes that will be held during the day.

Donations of cash and nonperishable food earn donors raffle tickets for a variety of prizes, and while the event does not take place until April 30, now is the time for local businesses to prepare for the event with promotional items and custom posters.
