Canon presents new perspective to customers and business partners

Canon U.S.A. Inc., headquartered in Melville, recently revealed its vision for the future of its Business Imaging Solutions Group at a two-day, invitation-only Analyst Summit.

The new strategy, known as ‘One Canon’, is specifically for its business-to-business divisions and is designed to ensure that its partners and customers benefit from all that Canon has to offer. In attendance at the summit were leaders from the company, customers, and industry analysts to share in best practices, discuss the current state of the industry, and learn more about Canon’s new strategy.

Toyo Kuwamura, the executive vice president and general manager of the Business Imaging Solutions Group, elaborated on the new strategy by pointing out that the collaborative nature of One Canon will enable the company to provide solutions that are more integrated, and leverage it to offer all of its capabilities to its customers.

Attendees at the summit learned about the expertise of Canon Group Companies, the company’s offerings, and its plans for the future. Some of the presenters included Canon Business Process Services, Canon Information and Imaging Solutions, Canon Financial Services, and Canon Solutions America.

The event provided an opportunity for Canon U.S.A. Inc. to create brochures with more details about their new strategy and how it will affect their relationships with their customers and business partners.
