New group to host first meeting
February 20, 2012 by Mark
Smarter Business By Design will be holding its first ever meet-up on the 21st of February at the Parlour Irish Pub & Restaurant.
Appropriately going under the title of “Thee Essentials for Business Success”, this newly formed group has picked February 21st as the date of its first networking event. Business card printing and an open mind are probably the most essential items needed on this list.
According to the Smarter Business By Design’s meetup.com page, the 3 hour agenda is listed off this way:
“6 PM … Informal Networking
7 PM … Smarter Business Talk
8 PM … Smarter Networking & Exchange of Ideas. + meet with organizer
9 PM, … Leaving with New Ideas for a Smarter Business”
Hosted by a business coach, there’s no telling what insights will be made available during this event. Interestingly enough, some insights can be gleaned from what organizers have said about the underlying philosophy of Smarter Business By Design:
“This event offers invaluable insights for Small Businesses, Entrepreneurs, and Startups alike. Becoming more effective at bringing in new people to become customers, aware of your unique offer, is universal to all business. Whether you offer services, products, ideas or your exciting new business worthy of investment.” (sic.)
In a nutshell, the purpose of this group is to bring out the best in its members. With a charge of $5.00 per person and free business coaching for raffle winners, it’s worth pointing out that this first meeting is going to be affordable. Based in New York, Massapequa Park professionals can easily attend this one.
