Mulberry Street of Seaford opens in Massapequa Park

The Mulberry Street of Seaford restaurant has recently opened in the Massapequa Park-Seaford area in the former location of Butera’s Restaurant on Sunrise Highway. No doubt the owner, Chris Paloubis, is using flyer printing to distribute flyers in the area to let people in the community know that the doors of his restaurant are open.

Paloubis said that the restaurant offers a full dining room menu and a full pizza menu, with both pickup and delivery service. Delivery service will be made available in the Seaford, Wantagh and Massapequa areas by means of a heated truck, with food packaged in microwavable containers. There is a great deal of variety in the menus as the restaurant offers salads, chicken, steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes in addition to pizza. Mulberry Street also has a full bar with a wide selection of wine and mixed drinks,

Paloubis has been in the restaurant business for some time and owns another restaurant in Babylon with his brother. He added the current location when Butera’s announced that they will no longer be associated with their location in Seaford. This particular restaurant was operating under a license as Butera’s Restaurant but it was not family-owned or operated like their other locations in Smithtown, Woodbury and Sayville, owners of the chain said on their web site. Because of this, the owners were not able to oversee operations and run it like their other restaurants.

Mulberry Street of Seaford is open seven days a week until 9:00 p.m. Plans are underway to offer onsite catering from their regular menu as well.
