Christmas month starts with Holy Trinity Christmas Craft Fair
November 25, 2012 by Sarah
Holy Trinity Diocesan High School will be hosting its annual Christmas Craft Fair at the start of December and will feature over 100 vendors, many of them from Nassau County Craft & Gift shows.
The vendors will be selling handmade or handpicked craft goods, as well as other items, including food. There will be a bake sale running during the fair, and there will be events like a 50/50 raffle, vendor raffle, and a Chinese auction going on as well. All proceeds made at the event will be put towards supporting Holy Trinity High School programs.
The fair is being run by the Holy Trinity Titans Parents Club, which is a group of parents that runs events throughout the year, all of which are intended to raise money for the school. Other efforts include selling Titan Parents Club merchandise and working with the Target organization through their school rewards program.
The Titans Parents Club may very well call on printing companies to create flyers to draw attention to the fair, so that it can get more shoppers and raise more money for the school. The event is located in Hicksville, New York, but residents of other surrounding areas on Long Island, like Garden City, Mineola, Levittown, or Manhasset might attend as well. The Parents Club may also want to create informational brochures for shoppers to let those who are interested know about other fundraisers and ways to support the school.
The craft fair takes place on Saturday, December 1, running from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm.
