Palisades Institute seminar February 29th
February 20, 2012 by James
Dominican College’s Palisades Institute is giving business owners the chance to attend a February 29th presentation called “How Social Media Can Help Your Business Grow”.
Taking place within driving distance of Mamaroneck in Orangeburg, attendees will be able to enjoy a good breakfast while listening to two qualified speakers discussing how online marketing can change a business. The advertisement summary is short, sweet, and to the point:
“As more and more organizations are using social media to connect, communicate and educate new and existing customers, many other local businesses are feeling “left behind.”
Sorting out what social media to use and how best to use the various platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Text Messaging, and Blogs are the subjects of a breakfast seminar sponsored by the Palisades Institute of Dominican College.” (sic.)
While digital business cards and static websites will always have their uses, the Internet today is moving much faster than ever. Companies that want to acquire new customers through the Internet are going to have to follow the trends. This seminar is going to show entrepreneurs how various online tools can help a company.
Both event speakers are individuals who have done extensive work within the field of advertising. In light of the fact that this breakfast is being priced at a mere $20 per person, it goes without saying that the “price is right” at the very least.
Expected to go from 7:30 am until 9:30 am, it’s also worth pointing out that this presentation was planned with professionals in mind.
