Lynbrook Farmers’ Market operating for some time yet

lynbrook Farmers’ Market, which is presented by Long Island Growers Market, currently provides a weekly farmers’ market. The markets are held on Forest Avenue off of Sunrise Highway and will continue through November 16, 2012 after which time the market will close for the winter season.
The farmers’ markets offer a wide variety of fresh produce from local farmers including vegetables, fruit, jams, jell, sauces, eggs, and pickles. Baked goods, dairy products, homemade soups, specialty breads, honey, and flowers are also part of the farmers’ market. The markets have something to offer to all of their visitors.
On many occasions like this, local printing companies are asked to provide printing services for vendors, such as flyer and banner printing. The flyers are distributed at the booths and the banners are often hung above the booths to advertise the company and its products. Business card printing is also a frequent request as most vendors like to have the cards to hand out to generate future business from booth visitors.
There are currently some openings for merchandise vendors to participate in the markets. Space for these types of activities is limited, so it is recommended that contact is made with the entity as soon as possible. Interested vendors should visit the Lynbrook Farmers Market website or contact 631-323-3653 for more information.
Newly established vendors should consider utilizing a local print company to assist in the preparation of marketing materials to help build their business. The market currently runs every Thursday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm.
