Syracuse Referral Group to Host December 20th Meeting
December 19, 2011 by Sarah
Gung-Ho Referrals will be having its Christmas meeting on December 20th, 2011 at noon.
Located not too far away from Liverpool in Syracuse, Gung-Ho Referrals will be helping business owners celebrate the holiday season with networking. With the group’s site indicating it was originally founded in October 2011, one would initially think that this was a relatively new group. However, additional information suggests that Gung-Ho Referrals has been around quite a bit longer than that.
The group describes itself this way:
“We are the premier business networking group in Central New York since 1999. We are NOT a tip club. We pride ourselves in delivering qualified referrals and qualified referrals means CLOSED business.”
There’s no question that organizers have a lot of experience with these meetings. This particular event is going to be speaker-less. Taken once again from the site, attendees are asked to
“…Please bring 25 business cards to pass. Each member and visitor will have a 60 second infomercial to present information about their products or services to the group.”
Priding itself on its ability to help professionals find leads, Gung-Ho Referrals works on the basis of mutual support.
With the meeting taking place at Ruby Tuesdays, business owners will be able to further interact with each other over great tasting food. In light of the fact that first-time visitors get a free pass, Liverpool-based professionals have nothing to lose from giving it a try.
Have an elevator pitch ready, bring an adequate supply of your latest business card printing , and enjoy an excellent afternoon meal.
