All Greek to attendees of upcoming festival

At the very end of May, the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church will be holding its annual Grecian Festival.

Attendees can expect to find a series of vendors selling different homemade, traditional Greek foods and treats. They are also welcome to enter a raffle giveaway for $100. The grand prize winner will be able to choose between receiving a Ford Mustang or $20,000 in cash. Other prizes will be available in the raffle too, such as free Apple products.

In the evenings guests will be able to enjoy food at the sit down restaurant Opa Opa Opa!, and some of the evenings will also feature traditional Greek music performed live at the restaurant.

The festival is being held on the church’s parish grounds in West Babylon, New York. If organizers want to ensure an even greater turn out, they could look to printing services for some of their promotional material. Using flyers and posters for advertising is a great and cost-effective way to spread the word about the event, even into towns that are far away such as Bohemia or Island Park.

The celebration begins on Thursday, May 30 and runs until, Sunday June 2. Times of operation are from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday, 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Saturday, and 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the concluding Sunday. Every day except the Thursday will feature the live music at the Greek eatery.
