The 5th annual New York Autofest is being held in Hicksville, New York this Sunday, July 15. The event will take place at the Sears Auto Club located at 195 N. Broadway. It begins at 9:00 am and will run until 4:00 pm. The admission for spectators is $5 but children who are under 12 years old get in for free.
Anyone may enter the show for a showing fee of $20, with the first 200 entrants receiving goody bags. The event is open to all cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Numerous awards, including Best in Show and Carlisle Events Best Of Show, will be handed out to the various classes of vehicles.
There will also be food vendors on hand, a craft fair, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and a Chinese auction. The South Street Band will be providing live music for the event as well. Printing companies may be called on to create banners for the various booths and vendors so that they can stand out from the crowd.
Proceeds from this event will go towards funding charitable and benevolent programs created by the Knights Of Columbus. Major sponsorships and trophy sponsorships are available for those who are interested. There is also a rain date for the event, which is set for the following Sunday, July 22.
Aside from banner printing, printing businesses will need to create flyers to promote this event. There is also still a call for vendors to work the event, so flyers and other promotional materials will no doubt be needed in order to let people know that they can set up booths at this event.
