Separate Ways arrives in Hauppauge

July 19, 2012 by

This Saturday, July 21, Separate Ways, a well-known Journey tribute band, will be performing at Hidden Pond Park located at 660 Terry Road in Hauppauge, New York. This event will start at 7:30 pm and admission is free.

Presented by the Town of Islip, this is a part of its ‘Summer Concert Series.’ Guests will need to bring their own chairs and, if the concert is rained out, it will be performed at the same time the following day on Sunday, July 22.

Separate Ways is arguably the leading Journey tribute band on the east coast of the United States. It performs the closest to what one would expect from the early to mid-80s Journey songs. Featuring all the harmonies, nuances, and visual showmanship of the authentic Journey shows from decades ago, the audience will find themselves rocking in their chairs and humming along to the contagious sounds created by Separate Ways. For those who loved Journey, this band will bring back lasting memories.

Separate Ways consists of five very talented musicians and lead singer Dan Gagliano captures Steve Perry perfectly. This concert is well worth attending for anyone who appreciates the genre and the band’s best known single, ‘Don’t Stop Believin’.”

Poster printing and flyer printing may have been used to promote this summer concert series to the residents of this community. This is an outdoor venue and guests are reminded to dress appropriately. For more information, please visit the Separate Ways: The Band website or call 631-232-3222, extension 259.
