Great Neck Chamber of Commerce Holding Breakfast Meeting on the 15th
December 16, 2011 by Mark
The Great Neck Chamber of Commerce has formally invited local members of the business community to attend the Chamber’s Breakfast Meeting.
According to the advertisements that have been circulating, this is event is going to be a combination of business and informal networking. From the very same piece of flyer printing:
“Enjoy a breakfast and network with business associates, Chamber members, business owners, professionals and local officials.”
As most can imagine, the Breakfast Meeting will likely be a great opportunity to exchange a few business cards before the voting takes place.
Once again from the flyer:
“…In accordance with the Bylaws of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce, the duly elected Nominating Committee presents the following individuals in nomination for Officers and Board Members for a two year term, January 2012 through December 2013.”
Interestingly enough, although it requires membership to put in a vote the Greater Neck Chamber of Commerce has opened the breakfast up to members of the public at large.
Taking place December 15th, 2011, the Breakfast Meeting will be held at the Inn at Greater Neck. With events scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m., those planning to attend will have to make reservations quickly.
With a very reasonable entrance fee of $16.00 per person, the cost of these meeting will fit pretty much any budget.
There are plenty of benefits to spending the morning getting to know other businesspeople. Those who plan to attend should call the Chamber, restock on quality business card printing , and have a great time on the 15th.
