Elmsford to have action-packed August
August 6, 2012 by Sarah
If the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce is anything to go by, elmsford residents have the luxury of a fairly balanced calendar this month with the ongoing Farmers Market, an informative healthcare information session, and a networking event to consider.
Print companies are likely to have been contacted for printing services like flyer printing and poster printing at some point with the Farmers Market being hosted at the Phelps Hospital every Thursday. Unique in that it opened up last Thursday, August 2, residents in particular must be eager to see what kind of deals they can find on market days. With meat, coffee, syrup, vegetable, salads, fruits, burgers, soap, olive oil, nuts, eggs, pasta, and baked items all listed as items for sale, buyers and sellers alike have good cause to be excited between the opening hours of 11:30 am – 3:30 pm.
From 7:00pm this evening, August 6, residents have a chance to attend ‘Advance Directives’. Those who attend will be able to hear all about the importance of being prepared when it comes to managing their own healthcare needs and those of children. Covering topics like living wills and health care proxies, this session will have something to offer everyone in attendance.
Finally, requiring the support of firms that provide services like business card printing and flyer printing, ‘Meeting and NETWORKING’ is a mixer to consider. Beginning at 8:00 am on August 16, the connections to be made here are well worth exploring.
