Deer Park welcomes trampoline center

Deer Park residents had a reason to jump for joy last month.
Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park opened its doors to the public on January 19, after an initial delay of two days.
The over-40,000 square foot facility was built specifically for the company. It has over 21,000 square feet of trampoline space inside.
Now that the trampoline park is up and running, it can promote the classes and events it offers. The park can use brochure printers to advertise its offerings.
For example, on Fridays from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm, Sky Zone offers Toddler Time. During the three hour window, kids under age five can enjoy the trampolines for $7.50 per hour. Parents are admitted free during Toddler Time, but adults aren’t permitted to jump on the same trampolines as the kids, for safety reasons.
The trampoline park is in the process of forming leagues for Ultimate Dodgeball. It’s currently offering pick-up dodgeball games on Thursday nights, starting at 6:00 pm. People who are interested in joining a league can sign up on the park’s Facebook page.
People can also participate in SkyFit classes, which are offered several times a week on a drop-in basis. The cost is $7.50 for the first class and $15 for each class after that. People can also purchase a 10-class card for $120.
Sky Zone is located at 111 Rodeo Drive. It’s open six days a week, from Tuesday through Sunday.
