Deer Park entrepreneurs and professionals will be able to get interact with likeminded individuals through the Copiague Chamber of Commerce Board Meeting and General Breakfast Meeting.
Starting at 8:00 am at the Copiague Public Library, the Chamber Board Meeting represents an excellent opportunity to find out the chamber’s plans for the future. The chance to strike up friendships while getting more out of membership is a chance that can’t be missed. With this event taking place during the week on the 21st, there’ll be plenty of time for the business community to find out what the results of the meeting will be.
Where networking becomes a definite possibility is during the Chamber’s General Breakfast Meeting on the 28th. Business owners are invited to come out and mingle with one another while enjoying an excellent meal at the Lindencrest Diner. Business card printing and networking aside, it’s worth mentioning that the Copiague Chamber chapter takes a well-rounded approach to its events.
Taken from the chamber website:
“We are the Copiague Chamber of Commerce, an alliance of businesses, residents and organizations determined to improve the quality of life and general business environment in Copiague… The Chamber will work with the other local groups to encourage new business development and create awareness of our community attributes. We will strive to develop community pride, be a source of information and support for business owners, and maintain and enhance the economic environment in Copiague.” (sic.)
A company can benefit from being a part of a chamber that has clear goals like this one.
