Business owners talk about making numbers fun

Female business owners, consultants, and entrepreneurs in Islandia, including those in nearby Central Islip, can register for the ‘Bring me the Money’ workshop. Held in a new, tranquil location, this gathering is designed for those interested in running their companies in a proactive manner.

The ‘Walk, Talk Connect’ live gathering will help professionals learn more about their business numbers and take charge of their finances. Founder Alyse Parise, along with guest presenter Ivy Slater, will lead attendees in an insightful workshop. Slater will help business owners and entrepreneurs gain financial awareness, create a proactive business strategy, deal with business obstacles, relieve trepidation, and create a “step system” when increasing “price points”.

Along with the lecture, there will be interactive activities, time to mingle, and even some light bites.

This event will give attendees time to get to know one other on both personal and professional levels. Since the interactive nature of the event will give business owners time to network, those in attendance may use a business card printing company to place an order for new cards. From embossed print to special paper, professionals can create a business card design that will make an impression on their new contacts.

Up until January 7, early bird tickets were available for $25, but are now priced at $35. The event takes place on January 27 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and is located at Z Carpentry Inc. on 6 Oval Drive in Islandia, New York.
