Trade show will highlight the Brooklyn food industry

May 27, 2013 by

Brooklyn Eats’ is a food trade show that will be presented by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce next month.

It will give manufacturers, producers, packaging companies, and distribution companies in the city the opportunity to network with their industry peers and to showcase their latest products. The show will also no doubt appeal to buyers, distributors, and the general public who want to know about the latest trends in food.

The trade show will feature a breakfast panel, seminars, guest speakers, exhibitor booths, and an after show party for exhibitors. Speakers will include Rick Camac who will be discussing ‘How to manufacture and market your restaurant’s signature product’, chef Justin Warner, and cookbook authors the Sussman Bros. Exhibitors will likely be providing free samples of any foods they are showcasing.

Exhibitor booths can be rented for $500 for Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce members or $650 for non-members, which includes a chamber membership. Sponsorships are also available from $2,500 to $25,000. All sponsors will be given an exhibitor booth and will be recognized both at the event and in all marketing products.

No doubt organizers will be investing in services such as sign, poster, and banner printing from their local Brooklyn print company to help highlight those sponsors who contributed to the event.

Brooklyn Eats 2013 will take place at Acumen Capital Partners on June 26 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Admission is free. For more information, contact Lori Raphael at 718-875-1000 x140.
