Podiatric Clinical Conference scheduled for early 2014

The New York Podiatric Clinical Conference 2014 has been scheduled in January. Attendees from surrounding cities such as Bohemia, Bellerose, Long Island and other New York areas are expected to participate.

The New York Marriott Marquis located on Broadway in New York City will host the conference which includes seminars, events, exhibits, and presentations.

A new feature this year is to make its debut. A two day Student Program will include students from the nine podiatric colleges involved. The event will focus on preparation for the residence shortage crisis. Some of the sponsors for this event include Bako Integrated Physician Solutions, PediFix, Topricin, Crocs, Darco, Gordon Laboratories, and MediTouch HER/Health Fusion.

The two floors of the tradeshow will have snack bars available for all three days during the conference. Vendors will participate in a large expo, as well. Many times vendors work with local print companies in preparing for exhibitions. Banner printing is amongst the most frequently ordered items. The vendors place the banners in their booths to reflect the business name, logo and products or services. It presents very visible signage at a large event.

The podiatry island will be located up on the 6th floor of the conference center and includes free mini sessions during session breaks. Beverages and snacks will be included.

NHIC, CORP DME MAC Jurisdiction A will provided mini sessions on the 5th floor.
