December dance to hit festive high note

December 5, 2013 by

The Christmas Dance Party, known as a ‘jingle bell bash’, will take place at the Bohemian National Hall in New York. Visitors and residents from the neighborhoods in the city, including Bohemia, Bellerose, and Queens, are expected to attend.

Attendees are encouraged to dress for the season and display holiday spirit. Special appearances by Santa and his own personal Rockettes will no doubt be enjoyed by all, and a complimentary dance lesson will also be part of the fun.

A buffet will provide lots of food options and the wine bar will appeal to all the palettes. The best dance couple will be presented an award to top off the fun.

Blanka Stichova will be adding her touch to the event. A dance instructor with expertise in International style dance and ballroom, Stichova will be part of the festivities. She has appeared in movies and takes private dance lessons from ‘Dancing with the Stars’ brothers Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy.

Poster printing is a marketing tactic often used by event promoters to attract interest in performances like this. The posters are generally printed in full color on glossy paper, and can then be hung throughout a region on flat surfaces such as walls, pillars, windows, and doors.

The event is organized by the Association of Free Czechoslovak Sportsmen. It will be held at the BBLA at Bohemian National Hall on December 13 from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased online for $25 until December 11. Ticket price at the door is $30. For more information, visit the event website or call 917-445-7699.
