Business near Bellerose on national television

Not far from the Bellerose community, a Long Island business is getting great national exposure, and it’s not because of a damaged roof from Hurricane Sandy. Crystal Window & Door Systems, located at 31-10 Whitestone Expressway, featured on an October segment of A&E’s ‘Flipping Boston’, will continue to be showcased on future episodes of ‘Flip This House’.

Whether it’s a print company that offers specialty catalog printing, a boutique bed and breakfast, or a window manufacturing enterprise, to be featured on a national television program is coveted publicity. John Kane, Crystal’s sales executive for the Flipping Boston properties, certainly knows the value. He enthused:

“We were thrilled to be selected…for the new season of ‘Flipping Boston’ on A&E.”

The show is comprised of 13 episodes that feature a home or commercial property, such as a restaurant, in need of renovation in order to be marketable properties.

Spokespersons for Crystal point to several qualities that make its windows a good fit for the program: they increase property value and are reasonably priced, they contribute to an energy efficient property, and are installation-friendly, which make them ideal for jobs where scheduling deadlines are crucial.

Kane went on to say:

“The TV show’s staff selected Crystal windows for their wide range of styles and features, as well as the ease of installation. The new homeowners will enjoy the beauty, energy efficiency, and ease of operation of the Crystal windows for years to come.”

This coming programming season, the Crystal windows featured will include picture, awning, and bay products, with such features as insulating glass and dual glazing.
