Sunday set to be a day for Scouts

May 30, 2013 by

The Scouting Bowl-A-Palooza is inviting families with boys from Kindergarten to Grade Four to come out and have some fun knocking down bowling pins with the local scouting troupe.

This promises to be a fun and educational experience for everyone who attends. Poster printing, flyer printing, and other printing services were likely used to promote this to families in this community and the surrounding areas.

This is set to be a fun-filled afternoon for the boys and their families and will provide them with information about the Cub Scout program in their area. Every family who participates will receive a minimum of one FREE bowling game and this includes the shoe rental. The Cub Scout program promotes learning new skills, achieving great citizenship, and learning how to build strong and lasting relationships.

There will be Cub Scout leaders on hand from all the local groups, happy to answer any questions that the boys and their parents might have. Guests are requested to sign in at the information table when they enter the bowling alley to pick up score sheets and shoe rental vouchers.

The Scouting Bowl-A-Palooza is free to attend will be held on Sunday, June 2nd starting at 2:30 pm and running until 5:00 pm at the Brunswick-Hazlet located at 1400 State Route 36, in Hazlet, New Jersey, just down the road from Wall Township. To learn more about this scouting event, please visit the Be A Scout website or call Stacey Ehling at 732-536-2347, Extension 34 during regular business hours.
